RUKUM: A woman died after falling off a cliff here today.

The deceased has been identified as 22-year-old Birmi Tamata of Majkot VDC-7.

Police said Tamata fell down some 200 from a cliff at Bhasika while heading towards the jungle to collect fodder for her domestic animals.

She died this morning while undergoing treatment at a local health post
